After a simple two over one auction to three notrump West led the four of spades.
South won with the eight in dummy and played a second spade to the ace followed by the eight of hearts.  When this held the trick declarer cashed the other top spade, crossed to dummy with the ace of clubs and took the other spade and two top hearts.  East had discarded a club and a diamond.  Declarer now played the queen of diamonds to establish his tenth trick, which West won with the ace.

The position was now as below

When West took her queen of hearts East was squeezed in the minors, whichever suit he discarded, South could discard from the other suit.  Making eleven tricks scored over eighty percent.

This is known as a suicide squeeze.
