You reach four hearts, West leads the king of clubs, with East showing an even number of clubs.
West now switches to the seven of diamonds.
How do you play?
This problem is quite tricky.

Solution

There are enough tricks with five hearts, two spades (assuming the finesse is right) the ace of diamonds, the queen of clubs and a diamond ruff.  The problem is getting at them all without getting locked on table and giving West a spade trick.

The only way to achieve this is to play the jack of diamonds from dummy and duck East's queen.
Say East returns a trump, you draw trumps and lead a diamond finessing the ten, cash the ace of diamonds throwing a club, then play a spade to the jack and exit with the queen of clubs.  West is endplayed to give you a spade trick or ruff and discard.

If you fail to unblock the diamond jack this line will not work if East returns a second diamond, when you cannot discard a club.
