This deal is from the National Inter Counties League Final. 

After a simple Stayman auction with declarer's one notrump showing 15-17 points partner leads the jack of diamonds.  Declarer wins with the ace in hand, plays the heart ace and a heart to the king, partner discarding the four of clubs.  Declarer now cashes the king of diamonds, throwing a club, and tries the queen of diamonds which you ruff low, declarer overruffing.  Declarer now plays the ace of clubs and ruffs a club, and ruffs a diamond in hand while you throw a spade.  Now a second club ruff in dummy followed by the last diamond.  How do you defend?

Although partner has the winning diamond, if you throw a spade he will be endplayed to lead away from the ace of spades.
You have to trump the diamond and lead the ten or queen of spades.
