competed in spades.
West
leads a low spade to East's ace, who then returns
the spade queen, overtaken by West who then leads
the jack of spades with East following.
You
ruff the third spade and draw trumps in two rounds.

do you play now?

It is fairly likely that West has the club ace, but it is better to play the king of hearts followed by the jack and let this run if not covered. East
will then be on play and have to lead a heart or
club conceding a trick.
You
will only go off if West has the queen and ten of
hearts and East has the ace of clubs.
