You have plenty of entries to both hands, how do you play for five tricks?

Solution

If the suit is 3-3 then you have to guess who has the king and who has the jack (if they're both onside or both offside you can't go wrong or right).
If the suit breaks 4-2 then small to the queen wins if West holds Jx.  Small to the ten does not gain in the equivalent case where West has Kx.
So finesse the queen is the best play.
